Shipping Policy

Thanks for shopping with Rituve! Here's what to expect.

Processing time. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll get a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Delivery time. Orders typically arrive within about 7 business days after shipping (please allow up to 10 during busy periods). Delivery estimates aren't guaranteed and can be affected by the carrier, customs, or weather.

Shipping cost. We offer free shipping on all orders.

Tracking. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, email support@tryrituve.com.

Wrong address. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address, but contact us right away and we'll do our best to help.

Lost or delayed orders. If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost, email support@tryrituve.com and we'll help track it down or make it right.
